Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, requirement study, overseeing design, development, testing, cutover, deployment, go-live and hyper-care; Understand business requirements and convert them into SOW for external partners; Control project scope, schedule and budget to ensure on-time delivery; Ensure project meets major milestones and key dates; Engage business stakeholders and manage their expectations; Work with internal IT domains to mobilize resources; Manage performance of external partners and vendors; Mitigate project risks and push for issue resolution; Report project progress to stakeholders and escalate issues when required
