Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through completion; Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership; Act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, providing regular status updates and executive-level communication; Facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews; Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation; Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery; Monitor KPIs, project health, team capacity, and overall performance using project dashboards; Ensure projects follow Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate; Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, documentation, and project governance; Prepare executive reports and communicate project progress to internal leadership and clients; Support digital transformation initiatives and process automation across the organization
