Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end project plan across financial, data, integration, supply chain, and operational workstreams; Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners; Build and maintain detailed project timelines, RAID logs, milestones, and phase-gate criteria; Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives; Coordinate technical work involving NetSuite configuration and EDI mapping; Lead the migration of financial data and master data into the consolidated environment; Oversee integrations involving WMS, Shopify, EDI, and iPaaS platforms; Manage the physical inventory transition between 3PL facilities; Track project budgets, vendor contracts, and spending against plan; Identify data-quality issues and risks early; Facilitate cross-functional status meetings and provide project reporting; Manage change communications for teams affected by new systems; Ensure data integrity and reconciliation at key migration milestones; Create documentation and handoff resources for internal teams.
