Data Engineer - Platform Engineering
Responsibilities
Design and build Master Data Management functionality. Maintain highest data quality standards. Manage operational issues behind client-facing websites. Analyze business requirements and design solutions. Build and maintain Data Pipelines using SQL and AWS technologies. Build and configure web services and Event Driven Architecture components. Engage in day-to-day data operations involving troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining job schedules.
Required skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expert level coding skills in Node.js and Python/PySpark. Very good Postgres SQL and data analytics skills. Understanding of Terraform and Deployment pipelines. Attitude and aptitude to learn, collaborate, and work towards common goals. Must be a team player. Experience in Data Governance, Data Architecture, and Data Operations.
