Build, develop, and operate a central multi-tenant platform on a shared-enterprise Kubernetes cluster; Manage and optimize central platform components like Kubernetes, Ceph, RabbitMQ, Istio, and logging/monitoring solutions; Develop and maintain Kubernetes operators and automation solutions in Golang; Ensure highly automated platform operations based on Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps principles; Evaluate new technologies and continuously develop the platform architecture; Create and maintain technical documentation and define best practices; Promote cross-departmental knowledge exchange and support business units in platform usage
