SAP S4 Hana Functional Analyst for Digital Transformation

Specifically, you will: * Work in national and international work groups whose goal is to design digital transformation processes and/or manage application maintenance services in the SAP environment. * Design and implement functional and process requirements for clients on SAP S4/Hana solutions (AFC, SCM, HCM, ISU, Analytics). * Become a role model for junior resources in the medium to long term, maintaining high motivation and ensuring professional growth. * Act as the client reference for a module or process, in the role of Tower Lead. ## Requirements * 1 to 4 years of experience in at least one of the following modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, BRIM. * At least 2 years of implementation experience in transformation and/or AMS on complex SAP S4/Hana projects. * SAP and/or methodological certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum Master). * High school diploma or Degree in STEM, economics, or related fields. ## Nice to Have * At least 1 year of experience using AI tools (Joule preferred). * Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher). * Ability to work in a team. ## Benefits The expected remuneration at Accenture is defined based on multiple evaluation elements, including – for example – the role held, the level of seniority, the degree of responsibility, professional skills, and experience gained.
