Own product strategy and roadmap for InP photonic integration technologies; Translate customer needs and system challenges into product requirements and PIC building blocks; Serve as key interface between customers, R&D, and engineering; Shape company strategy by identifying market trends and defining strategic priorities; Drive new customer engagement and build collaborative relationships; Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop new business opportunities; Guide technology development by defining specifications with R&D and prioritizing execution with Engineering; Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking; Integrate market insights and feedback into product positioning; Foster technical excellence and customer focus in the team; Collaborate with external partners to advance the technology ecosystem
