Own and drive one or more features or modules within the platform from ideation and discovery through to delivery and continuous iteration, Foster agile practices within the development teams and support the governance of development processes, Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling product roadmap with global impact, Champion the customer by translating feedback into clear requirements, KPIs, and prioritized backlog items, Drive insight-led decision-making using qualitative and quantitative data, Enable efficient delivery by ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, and impact, while proactively removing blockers, Balance feasibility and innovation by partnering with engineers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and technically sound solutions
