Leading and developing the architecture organization including hiring, coaching, standards, and career paths, working hands-on in critical initiatives (Discovery, Solution Design, Architecture Reviews, Trade-off Analyses), defining the target architecture and roadmap for our Omnichannel platforms across data centers and MultiCloud systems, shaping the integration of Digital ERP/Warenwirtschaft: API/event strategy, domain boundaries, data flows, and consistency models, implementing lean, effective governance (ADRs, Reference Architectures, Tech-Radar, Quality Metrics)
