Understanding and participating in the product capture plan, building the product roadmap in response to the capture plan, ensuring proper staffing and team skills, delivering the project expectations expressed by the Product Policy Roadmap, leading the project in line with financial objectives, actively managing schedules and milestones, ensuring satisfaction of internal clients: Product Line Manager, Internal and External Projects, coordinating internal teams (Technical, Industrial, Logistics...) and external partners (partners, suppliers, subcontractors), mastering dependencies with the Safecore Client Platform Program, leading the internal client relationship, providing reporting to the Department Director and to the Directors of the Sector and Business Line
