Senior Intensivist (Critical Care)

## About the role We are looking for a Senior Intensivist with strong clinical expertise to lead and manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setup. ## Responsibilities - Lead and manage ICU operations and critically ill patients with evidence-based care - Expertise in advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilatory management - Perform bedside bronchoscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures (POCUS) - Independently perform invasive procedures (arterial lines, central lines, dialysis catheters) - Perform and manage percutaneous tracheostomies - Manage advanced life-support systems: CRRT, ECMO, IABP - Drive clinical governance, ICU protocols, and NABH compliance - Lead multidisciplinary coordination with consultants, nursing, and allied teams - Mentor and train junior doctors, residents, and ICU staff - Communicate effectively with patient families regarding prognosis and care plans ## Requirements - MBBS with MD / DNB (General Medicine / Anesthesia) - Super-specialization in Critical Care: IDCCM / DrNB Critical Care Medicine Experience - 5+ years of post-qualification experience in critical care - Experience in tertiary care / high-volume ICU setups preferred ## Nice to Have - NABH compliance experience - Leadership in clinical governance - Advanced life-support systems management - Multidisciplinary team coordination experience ## Benefits - Work in a state-of-the-art ICU setup with cutting-edge technology - Be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team - Opportunities for leadership, growth, and academic contribution Interested candidates can share their profiles at: [email protected] Join us in delivering excellence in critical care.
