Required skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, AI, or data science. 7 years of experience as an IA Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist. Significant experience in developing and industrializing AI models, ideally in sectors like industry, transport, or energy. Expertise on Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Databricks, Cognitive Services) and frameworks PyTorch/TensorFlow. Concrete experience in LLM and RAG (fine-tuning, integration, optimization). Mastery of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of industry 4.0, predictive maintenance, or smart mobility (an asset).

Responsibilities
Design and industrialize AI solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure, LLM/RAG, and sectoral applications. Develop and optimize ML, Deep Learning, and LLM/RAG models for industrial use cases. Industrialize AI solutions with Data Engineers and Data Scientists. Integrate models into data pipelines and business applications. Design and deploy AI architectures on Microsoft Azure. Automate model deployment and monitoring with MLOps tools. Collaborate with cloud teams for seamless integration. Develop and fine-tune LLMs for specific applications. Implement RAG architectures to improve model accuracy. Optimize NLP pipelines for industrial or railway environments. Work closely with business, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers. Participate in technological monitoring and propose innovations. Contribute to DevOps/MLOps culture and software development best practices.
