Develop detailed test plans aligned with program objectives, coordinate testing activities across internal teams and vendors, ensure test environments and data readiness, drive alignment between testing activities and program goals, oversee test execution to ensure adherence to scope and quality standards, monitor progress and manage defect tracking and resolution, facilitate daily stand-ups and status meetings, provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and mitigation actions, prepare test phase summaries and contribute to go/no-go decision-making, identify testing-related risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensure comprehensive documentation of test plans, cases, and results, provide clear reporting on testing status and quality metrics.
