Formulate and implement comprehensive test strategies and quality frameworks; oversee testing workflows within intricate ecosystems with high business and technical interdependencies; lead day-to-day testing operations within iterative cycles including sprint-level validation and continuous regression testing; spearhead end-to-end integration testing to validate cross-module business processes and data flows; architect and supervise performance testing initiatives to guarantee system scalability; direct the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by establishing sign-off criteria and managing the defect lifecycle; design and execute detailed dress rehearsals, mock cutovers, and simulation exercises to de-risk deployment; certify total organizational and operational alignment for launch; validate "Day 1" operational workflows and core business procedures against realistic production scenarios; partner with cross-functional units to co-develop and execute precise cutover schedules; manage the post-go-live hypercare window to track platform stability and mitigate quality concerns; provide hands-on assistance and governance throughout the active roll-out phase.
