Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide DevOps transformation and CI/CD pipeline optimization; Drive infrastructure-as-code, containerization, service mesh, and serverless adoption; Establish and lead the SRE function defining SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs; Own incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortem culture; Lead a defense-in-depth cybersecurity strategy across network, cloud, application, data, endpoint, and people layers; Secure multi-cloud environments using CNAPP, CIEM, ZTNA, and SASE frameworks; Harden perimeter defenses including WAF, bot protection, rate limiting, and anomaly detection; Integrate application security across SDLC including SAST, DAST, VAPT, IaC scanning, API security, and SBOM; Protect sensitive data through encryption, tokenization, masking, and anonymization; Secure GenAI initiatives including input/output validation, prompt injection prevention, and content safety policies; Drive red teaming, purple teaming, and breach & attack simulations; Ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2, DPDPA, and ISO 27001/27701; Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across DevOps, SRE, and Cybersecurity; Partner with CTO, Product, and Business leaders to align platform strategy with OKRs; Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and tooling decisions; Report on KPIs, operational health, security posture, and risk to executive leadership; Build a security-first and reliability-first engineering culture across the organization
