8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within a software development or project delivery team, Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and project management fundamentals, Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate conversations at both the team level and with external stakeholders, Exceptional empathy and conflict-resolution skills dedicated to building safe, collaborative team environments

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Scrum Master in organizing and facilitating core Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Product Demos, Act as a coach to help the team solve complex problems and cultivate a robust, sustainable Agile mindset, Mentor and coach new Scrum Masters across the company to build organizational Agile maturity, Identify process challenges and inefficiencies; proactively lead initiatives to optimize team workflows, Drive positive change both at the immediate working team level and with external stakeholders, Guide the team through roadblocks using a supportive, collaborative approach, Fulfill essential project management duties, including resource coordination, activity planning, and scheduling, Monitor team progress, tracking and reporting status and key metrics against goals on an ongoing basis, Assist Product Owners and development teams with release planning and the continuous maintenance of release and sprint backlogs, Build a trusting, safe environment where team members can raise problems without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, focusing instead on healing and collaborative problem-solving, Help teams achieve immediate sprint and project goals while maintaining awareness of, and sensitivity to, overall business objectives
