Role Description

This function will work under limited direction to perform and achieve moderately complex tasks within an integrated workforce. They will liaise with stakeholders of all levels, building good working relationships and providing a point of contact for all enquiries. In particular looking after and delivering on logistics product management within the ACEASPO Enterprise, and having a knowledge and understanding of how the elements of Logistics work closely alongside Engineering deliverables in the Product management space.

Essential Requirements

  • Perform complex planning and execution of the Plan to assure delivery of fit for purpose including management of project/product scope, schedules, risks, budgets and resources. Especially knowledge around ERP tranche delivery as ACEASPO moves towards tranche 2 of ERP.
  • Support the Capability Manager with the development and progression of project/product submissions in accordance with One Defence Capability System requirements, e.g. gates, reviews, committees, an example of which would be Logistical based products like ERP or Engineering artifacts.
  • Fundamental Input to Capability (FIC) integration and co-ordination through high stakeholder engagement and strong relationships (building stakeholder engagement between logistical and engineering areas).
  • Develop, update and maintain required project/product documentation required to govern the project/product, e.g. iPMP.
