Responsibilities
Define Release Train vision aligned with corporate strategy, build and prioritize the train backlog, establish and communicate the roadmap, conduct product discovery to identify needs and value, collaborate with technical architects and DevOps, maximize team ROI, align Product Owners across the train, engage users and business owners for feedback, facilitate backlog refinement and PO sync, participate in train events like PI Planning and System Demo, proactively improve products via KPI monitoring
