Required skills
5+ years of industry experience (SaaS software), at least 3 years of product management experience, Understanding of software engineering, Previous background in computer science and/or engineering, Strong ability to shape software product features, Ability to grasp extremely complex technical concepts quickly, Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner, Strong organizational skills and habits, A proactive mindset, eager, adaptive, and open to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment
Preferred skills
Previous experience in a startup environment, Background in a regulated industry, Previous experience in Quality Management, Experience with Jira / Atlassian toolchain
Responsibilities
Own the product lifecycle, Shape and maintain the product roadmap, Define and refine product requirements, Break down big ideas into clear, estimable deliverables, Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, Client Operations, and Marketing, Support developers with clear documentation and design controls, Collaborate on go-to-market planning, Lead efficient release processes, Monitor and maintain development timelines, Define and track success metrics, Travel occasionally (6-8 times per year)
