Junior Sales Development Representative
We are building our outbound sales engine from scratch and looking for an SDR who wants to grow with us. You’ll be our first dedicated outbound hire – responsible for opening doors to mid-market and enterprise companies across Poland (primary), Germany, and US/UK. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Director and CGO, who will coach you and close the deals you generate.
- Research and identify target companies (200-3,000 employees) – HR Directors, CHROs, CIOs
- Run cold outreach sequences: email, LinkedIn, and phone – 30-50 emails/day + 15-25 LinkedIn touches
- Personalize messaging based on prospect’s industry, tech stack, and pain points
- Qualify inbound leads – fast response to Book-a-Demo requests and gated content downloads

- Strong written and verbal communication in Polish and English
- Comfort with cold outreach – you’re not afraid of rejection and you iterate fast
- Organized and disciplined – you can manage 50+ daily activities without dropping balls
- Curiosity about B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, and how large organizations communicate internally
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM concepts
