Responsibilities
Support project teams with quality inspections, record keeping, and document control activities; Coordinate with site engineers to ensure all quality-related documentation is completed accurately and on time; Manage and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) alongside engineering teams and subcontractors; Compile and coordinate quality documentation, including O&M manuals and Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), for client submission; Produce and maintain monthly quality KPI reports; Assist in the implementation and ongoing compliance of Project Quality Plans; Ensure adherence to project-specific quality procedures and standards; Support the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and associated corrective actions; Track, collate, and manage project handover documentation; Promote awareness of environmental, health, safety, and quality requirements across project teams; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
