Required skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in AI/ML platform development, Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, Strong proficiency in AI-native tooling, including Claude Code, autonomous agents, and AI-powered developer tools, Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines, Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex systems, Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, Passion for AI and a desire to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI/ML technologies
