Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain highly performant, scalable, and secure applications for our core backend engines, Collaborate directly with Product Managers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that align with product goals, Work closely with the Infrastructure team to optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless deployment and operation, Lead by example in writing clean, well-documented, and testable code, Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards and ensure adherence to team best practices, Monitor environments to identify application bugs, troubleshoot stability issues, and uncover areas for performance optimization, Identify and implement opportunities for system optimization, refactoring, and technical debt reduction, Stay current with emerging trends and technologies, recommending and implementing relevant advancements to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
