This role is a unique opportunity to have a profound impact on the future of digital content protection, working closely with our CTO, Head of Engineering, and business stakeholders as part of the Product Team to develop cutting-edge solutions that address the challenges of brand protection. ## Responsibilities - Own and maintain the product backlog, keeping it well-groomed and aligned with both strategic initiatives and urgent business needs. - Lead daily/weekly product rituals (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure alignment between engineering and stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, enabling smooth handoff to development teams. - Monitor delivery progress, resolve blockers, and keep all stakeholders updated on timelines, trade-offs, and outcomes. - Partner with design and engineering to ensure high-quality feature delivery that meets user expectations. - Analyze performance metrics post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes. - Run the board: Manage sprint boards, tickets, and backlog prioritization, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and blockers are quickly resolved. - Execute with precision: Drive sprint rituals (planning, standups, retros) and coordinate cross-team alignment to keep engineering and design moving in sync. - Deliver features end-to-end: Take concepts from idea to release—writing clear specs, grooming stories, and working closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and timely delivery. - Ensure operational clarity: Track progress across Jira or similar tools, report status to leadership, and keep the roadmap actionable and current. - Keep feedback loops tight: Gather input from sales, support, and customers to feed into sprint planning and continuous improvement cycles. - Measure and optimize: Use analytics to track feature success and iterate quickly, ensuring a strong connection between business goals and delivered outcomes. ## Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in a product manager, product owner, project, business analyst, or delivery support role (or strong internship / trainee experience). - Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery. - Experience writing or contributing to user stories, acceptance criteria, or requirements. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar. - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Interest in creator tools, content platforms, or digital media workflows. - Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a product management career. ## Nice to Have - Exposure to creator platforms, media tools, or content production workflows. - Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content). - Basic data literacy (ability to interpret simple metrics, dashboards, or reports). - Experience supporting roadmap planning or release coordination. - Familiarity with usability testing, feedback collection, or post-launch analysis. - Previous experience in a SaaS, media, or creator-focused product environment. ## Benefits - Supportive leadership committed to your personal and professional development. - Hybrid role with flexibility to work from home or the office. - 25 paid days off per year, plus public holidays and your birthday! - A culture of innovation and continuous learning. - A vibrant startup environment with a collaborative team. - Home Office Allowance and all the tech you need, including a brand-new MacBook Air. - Employee recognition and reward program to celebrate your contributions. - An inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity and equal opportunity.
