What You’ll Do
Within 3 months, onboard to team, build relationships, collaborate to enhance platform, deliver first feature to production, understand CU-specific configurations, independently debug issues Within 6 months, ensure high-quality code, write elegant and testable code, document configurations, own medium-to-large features, contribute to architectural discussions, identify and address technical debt Within 9 months, improve team processes, deliver new features, identify opportunities for faster and reliable solutions
