Proven experience leading testing activities within complex banking or payments transformation programmes, Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including issuing, acquiring, switching, and transaction processing, Experience managing large-scale SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams, Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders, Experience working with distributed delivery teams, vendors, and cross-functional programme environments, Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery models, Knowledge of automation testing frameworks and QA tooling, Exposure to card schemes, ISO 8583 messaging, or real-time payments platforms, Experience delivering testing within cloud or digital transformation programmes Fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory Good command of English for documentation and collaboration Availability to work on-site, with partial remote work - 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw

Responsibilities
Define and manage the overall programme test strategy, including master test plans, governance, and quality assurance frameworks, Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities across issuing, acquiring, and switch domains, Establish and monitor programme-level entry and exit criteria, ensuring quality gates are achieved across all delivery phases, Manage defects, blockers, dependencies, and risk escalations while providing regular reporting to PM, PMO, KO, and KS stakeholders, Lead and coordinate the work of manual testers, Automation QA engineers, SMEs, vendors, and third-party delivery teams
