UX Designer II
As a UX Designer II, you play a key role in shaping intuitive, high-quality user experiences within LeapSpace. You bring strong interaction and interface design skills, with a clear eye for visual quality and detail. You're comfortable moving quickly from concept to execution, working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver meaningful solutions. You also collaborate closely with other designers across squads to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across the product. This requires strong alignment on quality, patterns, and design principles. The design team is a close, collaborative group where open and respectful communication is key. Designers actively share work, give and receive feedback, and support each other in improving outcomes. We care deeply about craft, but leave ego at the door. Our goal is to create a product experience that feels cohesive, intentional, and thoughtfully designed end-to-end. You thrive in a fast, experimental environment and enjoy vibe coding to quickly visualise ideas, prototyping, and refining them in close collaboration with engineers. You're curious, ask thoughtful questions, and focus on achieving the best outcomes together with your team.
