Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement DevOps solutions to support the development, deployment, and operational support of applications on Windows platforms, Develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation frameworks and scripts for application deployment, configuration management, monitoring, and operational support, Provide L2/L3 application support for Windows-based applications running on AWS and Azure, including troubleshooting production issues and performing root-cause analysis, Collaborate closely with development, operations, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless software delivery and operational stability, Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, release, and deployment processes for Windows applications, Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent technologies, Automate system administration, patching, deployments, and routine operational tasks using PowerShell and Python, Support and optimize cloud infrastructure and services across AWS and Azure, with a strong focus on Windows workloads, Integrate applications with observability and SRE tools such as Grafana, Splunk, PagerDuty, and Cloud-native monitoring solutions to enable proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident automation, Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, availability, security, and cost efficiency, Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, UAT, and production environments, ensuring adherence to SLAs and SLOs, Participate in incident management, problem management, and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement, Provide technical guidance, documentation, and mentorship to junior team members, Stay current with emerging DevOps, cloud, Windows platform, and automation best practices
