Test Engineer
Required skills
2–5 years of experience as a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or in a similar software testing role, strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), experience using test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms, hands-on experience performing functional and regression testing across different applications, familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium, experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger, highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in modern software development environments, exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6, ISTQB certification or a similar testing-related certification

Ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications by supporting testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to validate system functionality, improve testing processes, and support high-quality software delivery, analyzing business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios, executing functional, integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing while ensuring accurate defect documentation, requirement traceability, and reliable test coverage across applications and platforms, supporting automation testing initiatives by developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
