Responsibilities
Review and analyze business and functional requirements to ensure clear acceptance criteria; Design, maintain, and execute test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and UAT; Identify, document, and manage defects through effective triage and escalation; Support test planning, coordination, and reporting for project initiatives and BAU releases; Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects; Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and support UAT; Contribute to estimation, planning, and delivery commitments; Participate in continuous improvement of testing practices and tools; Provide input into post-implementation reviews; Support and mentor other QA Analysts; Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test suites and frameworks.
