Principal Machine Learning Engineer I
As a Principal ML Engineer, you will contribute to new product development by designing and delivering production-ready machine learning solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to turn complex data and customer problems into scalable, high-impact products. This role combines hands-on engineering with collaboration in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade machine learning systems
- Develop and orchestrate advanced agents in run-time and build-time environments
- Explore, extract, and model knowledge from large-scale natural language datasets
- Build data-driven solutions addressing high-value customer problems
- Prototype and evaluate new ideas and approaches quickly
- Collaborate with data scientists, product designers, data engineers, and front-end developers
- Work with expert legal data annotators to improve data quality and outcomes
Requirements
- Strong experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production
- Hands-on expertise working with large-scale natural language data
- Ability to design and orchestrate modern ML or AI agents
- Experience translating complex problems into data-driven solutions
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfort working in an agile, start-up-style environment within a larger organization
