Required skills

Solid background in software engineering and architecture, with experience working on large-scale platforms and global teams, Strong grasp of software architecture principles and patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven), with experience in system design and modelling (e.g., UML, C4), Proficient in one or more languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript, Hands-on experience with AWS (and/or Azure, GCP), focusing on scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency, Familiar with DevOps & CI/CD tools like GitHub, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing and monitoring, Skilled in data modelling, APIs, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), and ETL pipelines, Knowledge of secure design, identity management, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR)
