Responsibilities
Support and maintain AWS production environments; carry out routine maintenance including patching, upgrades, backups, certificate renewals, and capacity management; respond to operational incidents and service disruptions; troubleshoot and restore services within agreed SLAs; produce root cause analysis documentation and implement preventative measures; maintain and improve monitoring and alerting across AWS environments; support infrastructure and platform changes in line with operational best practice; assist with release validation, rollback planning, and operational readiness activities; support secure operation of AWS environments in line with internal governance standards
