The role demands structured thinking, contribution to client engagement, solution development, mentorship of junior team members, and practice growth. ## Responsibilities - End-to-end ownership & project management - Break down complex client problems into structured analytical modules. - Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses from hypothesis formation to synthesis. - Create structured, compelling PowerPoint storylines, dashboards, and strategic reports. - Own key components of client deliverables, ensuring quality, clarity, and impact. - Serve as day-to-day manager for workstreams and guide junior team members, reviewing and quality-checking the team’s outputs. - Support project planning, risk identification, and work closely with senior members in the practice - Consulting expertise and client management - Analyse healthcare market trends, regulatory shifts, value-based care, and life science developments. - Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and healthcare sectors through engagements and continuous learning. - Conduct client interviews and gather business and technical requirements. - Translate market insights into actionable, strategic recommendations for clients. - Build trusted client relationships and support account growth opportunities including proposals and capability building ## Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, medicine, life sciences or related fields from tier 1 B-schools/ IITs in India and abroad - Experience in strategy consulting, healthcare analytics, or relevant roles. - Strong problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking. - Proven ability to develop and present client-ready deliverables. - Excellent communication skills, including writing, slide creation, and presenting structured insights. - High ownership, accountability, and comfort managing ambiguity. - Experience managing small teams or workstreams. - Willingness to travel, as needed. ## Nice to Have ## Benefits
