Senior Software Engineer (Agentic AI, Cloud-native, On-prem) @ Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o.

## Responsibilities - Design and implement GenAI solutions in the cloud and on-premises, connecting LLMs with existing systems and cloud services. - Build cloud-native components, handle integrations (APIs/events), apply RAG patterns and model evaluation, and address security and cost considerations. - Lead initiatives from PoC through MVP to production scale, working closely with architects, product teams and security. - Enable AI-assisted engineering (e.g., GitHub Copilot); run code reviews for quality, security and prompt patterns. - Collaborate with Architecture, Data/ML and Sec/Compliance; ensure quality, performance and security. - Document solutions and share knowledge (mentoring, playbooks). ## Requirements - A technical degree and a solid foundation in software engineering. - Experience building applications or integrating AI/LLM services (Azure OpenAI/OpenAI API or open-source models). - Hands-on development in Python or Java/TypeScript/.NET, plus experience building APIs/integrations. - Knowledge of RAG patterns, vector search (e.g., FAISS/Pinecone) or frameworks (LangChain/Semantic Kernel). - Experience with cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions); containers (Docker/Kubernetes) are a plus. - Understanding security, data protection, and cost control in GenAI. - Fluent in English at B2 or above. ## Nice to Have - Experience running workshops/mentoring. ## Benefits - Private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms. - Life insurance and 40+ options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Sports card. - Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Architects, Google) on our NEXT platform. - Free access to Education First languages platform, TED Talks and Udemy Business materials and trainings. - Hybrid working model that fits your life - after completing onboarding, connect work from a modern office with ergonomic work from home, thanks to home office package (including laptop, monitor, and chair). - Community Hub that will allow you to choose from over 20 professional communities that gather people interested in, among others: Salesforce, Java, Cloud, IoT, Agile, AI. - Capgemini is committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring fairness in all employment practices.
