Define annual quality objectives with the Drilling Manager and global bodies; verify purchase orders and service orders against QA/QC standards; perform technical and quality inspections on received materials; conduct quality audits at suppliers and drilling contractors; define technical specifications for Drilling & Wells equipment storage; implement and monitor Service Quality Plans (SQP) per API Q2 standards; coordinate and supervise on-site inspections and manage the Final Release Note process; manage reporting and tracking systems for inspections and non-conformities; ensure correct registration and monitoring of NPT and conversion to GRALs with corrective action follow-up; provide technical support for equipment failure investigations (root cause analysis, troubleshooting); conduct monthly reviews with contractors on GRALs and corrective actions; ensure contractual services are evaluated via Service Scorecard and SQM; participate in performance review meetings and collaborate with HQ on production and delivery QA/QC standards; draft monthly reports for OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC; support operational teams in Rig Management System (PMS) audits by monitoring planning and closure of actions.
