Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the Azure platform that supports application deployments, Partner with application owners and technology teams adopting cloud infrastructure, Identify areas for improvement in infrastructure design and support their implementation through to production, Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve system performance and availability, Contribute to improving monitoring, alerting and incident response processes, Implement centrally provided patches and support ongoing platform maintenance
