Required skills
5+ years’ experience in Product Management or similar product-focused roles, Strong experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs, Experience working in Agile delivery environments, Proven ability to prioritise work based on value and business outcomes, Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills, Experience working closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams, Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions, Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex delivery environments

Key Responsibilities
Define and on the product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to business objectives, Gather, prioritise, and translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of product features and releases, Balance scope, value, risk, and delivery constraints when making prioritisation decisions, Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate product progress and outcomes, Define and track product success metrics and outcomes, Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities, Ensure delivered solutions meet user needs and deliver measurable business value, Drive continuous improvement based on feedback, data, and performance insights
