Required skills
5+ years of experience in backend software development, Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET, Solid experience building and maintaining APIs, asynchronous processing, and distributed backend systems, Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Cassandra, Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, Experience designing and troubleshooting integrations with external/internal services over HTTP, Strong focus on code quality, including unit tests, integration tests, and production readiness, Comfortable working on systems with concurrency, resiliency, failure handling, and operational constraints, Fluent in English

Responsibilities
Develop new features across APIs, background workers, importers, schedulers, and event-driven services, Integrate with internal and external platforms through HTTP APIs, messaging systems, and data pipelines, Ensure code quality through clean design, code reviews, automated tests, and observability best practices, Contribute to the reliability, scalability, and performance of distributed applications running in production, Work closely with Product, Data, and other engineering teams to refine needs and turn them into robust technical solutions, Write clear technical documentation and share knowledge with the team, Handle the technical interviews with other developers willing to join .
