Product Marketing Manager
- Own Positioning & Messaging: Define and evolve MUI X's positioning for the Enterprise market, with differentiated narratives across buyer personas and competitors.
- Drive GTM & Launches: Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for major MUI X releases and commercial initiatives.
- Enable Sales: Build the sales enablement foundation from scratch — battle cards, pitch decks, objection handling, ROI frameworks, and ICP maps.
- Lead Competitive Intelligence: Track AG Grid, Bryntum, and other alternatives, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Generate Pipeline: Design and run campaigns that produce qualified Enterprise pipeline, with tight feedback loops between marketing activity and sales outcomes.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Align with Sales, Product, and DevEx to ensure consistent messaging and commercial impact across the funnel.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, with meaningful time spent in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience building marketing programs from scratch - not just inheriting and optimizing existing infrastructure.
- Experience marketing technical products to engineering audiences: developers, tech leads, engineering managers, and technical executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling positioning and messaging.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and asynchronous environment.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- A track record of driving growth and pipeline in B2B SaaS environments.
