- Define and own the company’s enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead successful development, launch, and lifecycle management of all products and platforms.
- Serve as the senior decision maker for product priorities, standards, and investments.
- Partner closely with both internal and external constituents (i.e., sales, business leaders, customers and prospective customers) to fully understand market dynamics and translate that into strategy.
- Oversee strategic vendor relationships and emerging technology partnerships.
- Act as the executive authority for customer-facing product design, positioning, and performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, and Finance to align execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing, customer-focused product organization.
- Use customer insights, market trends, and data to continuously refine strategy and drive innovation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive product or technology leadership experience.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide product strategy and multi-product portfolios.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Deep customer, market, and technology insight, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing product teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
