Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led medical training in classroom, field, and simulated environments; Operate and control simulation systems including ISS and VPS; Perform operator-level maintenance and troubleshooting on medical training devices; Develop and execute realistic medical training scenarios and Programs of Instruction (POIs); Conduct student evaluations, performance assessments, and After Action Reviews (AARs); Coordinate training schedules and support unit-led training exercises; Manage moulage kits, medical consumables, and training supplies; Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and security requirements.
