Develop and enable test technology manufacturing capabilities for digital mixed-signal and memory solutions; Perform package level electrical testing using latest ATE and prober equipment; Conduct package quality inspection using state-of-the-art mark, scan, and vision equipment; Qualify and release new test technology solutions from project inception to production; Troubleshoot production manufacturing challenges related to test equipment and hardware; Drive implementation of test solutions to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE); Manage innovation, productivity, and quality improvement initiatives
