Supervise assembly technicians and operators across Front of Line (FOL) and End of Line (EOL) production; Create and manage work schedules and shift rotations; Participate in recruiting new Line Technicians and Operators; Address and resolve interpersonal issues among manufacturing personnel; Monitor employee performance and align goals with expectations; Collaborate with Line Control to develop and implement production plans; Track the end-to-end manufacturing process to maintain efficiency and quality; Analyze production metrics to implement continuous improvement strategies; Oversee inventory levels for materials; Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines; Inspect manufacturing machinery and specialized assembly equipment; Coordinate with maintenance for routine servicing and repairs; Lead investigations into workplace incidents; Compile and analyze key performance data; Prepare performance and progress reports for senior management; Act as liaison with cross-functional teams including Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics
