Responsibilities
Act as main liaison with supply chain team for loading, delivery, and capacity alignment; Monitor wafer supply and daily production loading based on demand, materials, and capacity; Track WIP, line priorities, on-time delivery, and resolve issues such as expedites, recovery plans, and reworks; Drive delivery and cycle time improvement through regular alignment meetings; Ensure customer requirements and production plans are aligned; Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of die bank and WIP with finance and partners; Manage PR/PRAW submissions, support new product builds, and coordinate engineering samples; Participate in supply chain system integration and improvement projects.
