Responsibilities
Lead digitalization and transformation projects in an international backend semiconductor manufacturing environment; Form and lead the project team and assign responsibilities; Identify cost down opportunities and drive cost down projects; Take responsibility for the successful achievement of project targets in terms of timeline, quality, cost, and budget throughout the entire project lifecycle; Use Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress, and for reporting and documentation; Drive problem-solving activities within the project using standard Infineon trouble-shooting methodologies, (8D, 5 Whys, etc.); Work closely with cross-functional project teams from various locations to solve complex problems and identify innovative solution; Actively manage the project and pro-actively manage potential deviations to avert delays and additional cost; Manage the project risks and lead the team in problem-solving situations; Act as the Key communication interface for project related matters, representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions
