Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate Operational (Parametric, Yield Pareto, process mapping) analysis for yield improvement. Develop analytical tools for the OSAT ENG community. Coordinate with PTE Analytics and operational engineering teams on tool development. Lead Operation Equipment efficiency (OEE) and assembly/final test stability analysis. Manage cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing control. Drive KPIs related to process/test stability and yield. Trace and analyze BE assembly/test data to improve yield, cost, and quality.
