Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Utilities to enable Windchill applications, workflows, and integrations; Develop and maintain SQL scripts; Develop reports using QML; Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill-related issues, including performance with data integrity, and security in mind; Work on Incident Management, Service Request Fulfilment as in a L2 role; Collaborate with L3 functional and L3 technical teams to resolve problems; Resolve Major tickets within the defined SLA; Documentation of SOP procedures and ensure Operational Excellence; Work with deployment team to deploy the developed scripts during the Project release.
