Responsibilities
Ensure Facilities System compliance with Malaysia and local authority regulations (TNB, SAJ, SPAN, DOE, DOSH), manage Insurance (Loss Prevention) design and system requirements, oversee FMEA – Resilience and Robustness programs, manage Operational Procedures (SOP/LOP/POR/WI/OCAP), monitor System Efficiency, conduct Fac System Regulatory Technical Check, execute Complex Trouble shooting (ITP/Excursion RCA/8D), drive Facilities System & Equipment Efficiency Improvement, ensure Documents (P&ID=as built) update & availability, manage Improvement Roadmaps, prepare technical specifications & scope of work, conduct Design review and approval from Central Technical team, execute Commissioning and acceptance procedures upon project completion
