Responsibilities
Gather and understand business requirements from business or process owners; Conduct feasibilities studies and solution prototyping with relevant IT partners; Define, design and re-engineer business systems solution and processes; Lead and deliver end-to-end system solutions implementation including design and build review, conduct testing and user training, cutover and go live support; Troubleshoot and resolve SAP and MyOrder issues, manage work requests, and provide application support and consultation; Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
